Chris McKee has spent the last 25 years in the marketing arena crafting responsible & empowering products and programs for youth & families. As Global Creative Director for General Mills and then co-founder of WPP’s dedicated youth enterprise, Chris has been a pioneer in helping brands enter and thrive in the youth arena. In the past 7 yrs, Chris founded and has directed Flint and Steel, a marketing enterprise with a different mandate - to create marketing solutions that function like annuities, transforming consumers into enthusiasts and brands into advocates. Along the way, Chris has focused his expertise and company’s resources on projects ranging from

  • Creating entirely new youth categories - such as Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks & Go-gurt.

  • Creating Walmart’s first dedicated youth effort.

  • Creating Nike & adidas’s first youth efforts.

  • Creating National Engagement platforms like NFL Play 60, Box Tops for Education, and Nascar Acceleration Nation.

  • Creating Samsung's first dedicated teen product.

  • Creating and Producing the Sundance awarded diversity documentary platform - One Million Stories which included The Black List, Latino List and more.
