Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing & Media, Converse
Simone Deocares-Lengyel joined Converse in 2017, bringing over 15 years of youth marketing, video game, and entertainment experience to the brand’s Integrated Media team. As Senior Director of Integrated Digital Marketing & Media, Simone leads Media and Digital Brand globally. In this role, she is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of digital marketing journeys, working to elevate Converse’s digital presence across an integrated marketplace.
Since starting at Converse, Simone has connected with key media platforms and partners to reach the brand’s core creative, basketball, and skate communities on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok. She has also helped develop storytelling opportunities for Converse, leading a product journey with Nayva, launching in-game activations on NBA2K, and driving the Overtime Takeover during the re-introduction of Converse Basketball.
Originally from San Francisco, Simone is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to her time at Converse, Simone worked on some of the highest grossing video game franchises like Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, and Grand Theft Auto. In her free time, Simone enjoys collecting records, teaching Yoga, and spending time with her dog Bosco.
