Brand Manager, Dove Men+Care at Unilever

Jordan leads brand purpose advocacy and creative communications for Dove Men+Care at Unilever USA. He manages the brand’s equity-building activity across four product categories, its cultural partnerships, and the strategic direction for the brand’s commitment to social impact focused on expanding opportunities for men to care. A key piece of work Jordan spearheads is the brand’s mission to pass national paid family leave legislation for all American parents. As part of SDG #5, Gender Equality, Jordan’s work combines grassroots civic participation, corporate alliances, and lobbying efforts to drive policy that benefits families and workplaces. In addition to his professional work, Jordan leads a local chapter of grassroots climate activists fighting for federal climate policy solutions.
