Cath Bishop is a World Champion and Olympic medallist rower, a former diplomat and now works in business as a leadership coach and consultant. She draws on her experience of the Olympics and diplomacy in warzones, combined with the latest thinking and research to give insights into performance under pressure, resilience and leadership. Her first book, 'The Long Win: The Search for a better Way to Succeed' is out in October and offers a fresh approach to how we frame success in a broader way to set ourselves to fulfil our potential.

Cath continues to be active in supporting the next generation of sporting talent, including through support of the Youth Sport Trust, the Women’s Sport Trust and the Executive Committee of Cambridge University’s Women’s Boat Club.
