Hannah Morrish
Psychotherapist, Coach, & Yoga Teacher, Hand-Holding Human
Hannah is known for her devotion in voicing the challenges this generation face in the modern and digital world. You might also remember her weird and wonderful YMS keynote titles like: 'From baked-beans to self-actualisation', 'Poor little lambs, the most hated generation' and 'Did the influencer kill the role model star?'.
Having advised thousands of young people on how to make decisions to support them to create a happy and fulfilling life on The Student Room, ITV's This Morning, BBC Radio 1's 'The Surgery', and as part of Classic FM's 'Revision Hour', whilst contributing to the Huffington Post, the Telegraph, the Guardian, the BBC and the I Paper, Hannah decided to take the leap and live on purpose as 'Hand-Holding Human' full-time.
Hannah now fuses her experience as a human resources professional, psychotherapist and yoga teacher to support and guide meaningful and dynamic movement experiences to support employee wellbeing. Hannah’s intention is to share movement in an accessible and empowering way so that individuals are able to connect to with their needs and understand how to nurture their nervous system to create balance in all areas of their life.
Hannah is also an accredited mental health first aider for adults and the workplace.
