Co-founder, Half-Full

Jack is the co-founder of Half-Full, a media company and student influencer network on a mission to make it easier for all young people to enter the world of work, helping employers & educators like King’s College London, Frasers Group, The Prince's Trust and more attract and engage Gen Z using social media.

A born and bread northerner, coming from a small industrial town deep in the North West, Jack has always wanted to find new ways to improve the odds for all young people. From starting an award winning social enterprise with close friends at Uni, connecting young people with volunteering opportunities, which won recognition from ex-PM Theresa May, was featured in a documentary, CRACK magazine and then going on to speak at the Young World Leaders Conference in Beijing & Hong-Kong.

This journey has led to a massive passion of entertainment-led education, social media and tech to change the way we support young people through education to employment.
