Sian Xavier

Sian Xavier is on the Kickstart programme with Bauer Media, working on the communications team. She has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, where she gained skills including customer service, multi-tasking, public speaking and leadership. Whilst studying at the London College of Beauty Therapy, she was involved in a range of college events including charity fundraisers and a live campaign with Marks & Spencer. Sian also has extensive experience of working with children, including her role in a school as a Special Educational Needs Assistant to children with autism and as a Camp Counsellor at the YMCA Camp Santa Maria in Colorado, USA.
